I look forward to seeing disciplinary action being taken against Mr Basley by RICS. I don’t want such people being part of my Institution!

Diversity and inclusion always has a kind of blinkered / mob rule tone whenever someone (who, incidentally .. UN, WEF ...?) says its time to fly some other, in effect, corporation's / political movement's flag. To me Diversity & Inclusion should also?accommodate for example: - Aptitude and ability over family background/wealth, - Different personalities (as so cleverly identified within eg.Myers Briggs types) rather than always seemingly favouring the extroverts, - Neurodiversity, in the sense of eg. those who think, work, experience things in different ways, Yet sadly those three, more commonly found day-to-day or mentally and career impeding, 'diversities' never get a look in whenever the LGBTxyz bulldozer / political trojan horse gets rolling. A pity RICS doesn't have confidence in its own record and policies to proudly (a) keep its own flag/logo flying at this time and (b) its reputation on this LGBT stuff AND other wider diversity/inclusion aspects 'went before it'.
