As we wrap up celebrating the vibrant and empowering month of Pride, I am proud to share that at CDW, we are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace that embraces diversity in all its forms. Our dedication to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is woven into the fabric of our organization, driving our efforts to create a workplace where every coworker feels valued, respected, and empowered.
At CDW, we believe that diversity is a strength that drives innovation and creativity. By embracing a wide range of perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds, we unlock the full potential of our organization. Our DEI initiatives catalyze uniting our coworkers through trust, connection, and a sense of inclusion. We strive to create an environment where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work, knowing their unique contributions are celebrated.
From targeted training sessions for leaders to our Coworker Advisory Council, we prioritize DEI as an ongoing and evolving conversation. Through initiatives like Brown Bag sessions, town hall meetings, and our quarterly DEI newsletter, "Including YOU," we provide spaces for meaningful discussions and amplify the voices of our coworkers. These platforms serve as avenues for learning from one another, validating coworker experiences, and fostering a sense of unity within our CDW family.
Our global quarterly town halls are designed to increase awareness and engage coworkers in allyship. At the same time, the newsletter serves as a medium for thought leadership on all elements of DEI, with a focus on amplifying the coworker voice and story. In Canada, our Talent Talks provide leadership development opportunities around DEI issues. In the UK, our DEI-focused programs promote a family ethos where every coworker has a voice and feels a deep sense of belonging.

But our commitment to diversity and inclusion extends beyond our internal operations. We recognize the importance of embracing diversity throughout our supply chain. We actively seek out and engage with diverse suppliers, ensuring that our partnerships reflect the communities we serve. By doing so, we not only strengthen our business but also contribute to the growth and success of underrepresented entrepreneurs.
Pride Month serves as a reminder of the progress we have made, but it also highlights the work that still needs to be done. This month, we encourage everyone to listen, learn, and support one another. Let's celebrate the achievements of the LGBTQ+ community while recognizing the ongoing challenges they face. By standing together, we can create a more inclusive and equitable world.
