Celebrating over 100 Executive Coaching Hours with Client Success Stories.

This is a very special edition of the 'FPR Executive Coaching Newsletter,' celebrating both my having achieved the required 100 coaching practice hours, required for ICF accreditation, as well as taking the opportunity to celebrate client success stories. An opportunity to celebrate my clients' dedication, hard work and commitment to behavioural change, which has led to their achievement of their desired goals.

**All clients are kept anonymous for confidentiality purposes so have general role labels only.

I am a Henley Business School certified Executive Coach, accredited at Senior Practitioner Level by The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and coach global leaders, directors to c-suite in the Marketing; Advertising; Insight and Market Research supplier sectors in all areas of leadership development.

I hope you enjoy these brilliant client success stories:

  1. Senior Manager in MRX: This client came to me, wanting to finally progress to the next level as a Director within their current organisation. They had been at the managerial level for a number of years and at the beginning of coaching lacked confidence and self belief that they could do it and progress to next level. Within 6 months of partnering and working with me, they had developed sponsor support; researched the application process and come to believe they had the skillsets required to elevate to the next level. Their application for a Director role was a resounding success and they are now thriving in role. We achieved this in 5 sessions.
  2. Solopreneur in MRX: This client had a vision to grow from being a solo freelancer to creating an associate agency model, offering their clients a wider range of research and strategic services. We partnered on changing mindset; positioning and building confidence. The growth and pace was astounding and over 6 months the vision became a reality. We achieved this in 6 sessions.
  3. Senior Director in MRX: This client found themselves in a different role, following a huge restructure. They needed reassurance they were delivering impact, as well as a clear development plan. We partnered on planning; effective communication; self-advocacy skills and stakeholder management. This resulted in a strong partnership with their line manager; feedback on performance and a clear plan for career progression in new role. This took a few months and the client is thriving. We achieved this in 6-9 sessions.
  4. 2 Directors in MRX: These were 2 exit stories. One client I coached through the organisational exit and we worked on addressing practicalities; maintaining confidence intact and focussing on future career plans. The client is now enjoying exploring new opportunities and ended relationship well with their old organisation. This took 6-9 sessions. The second client had experienced a difficult exit. I partnered them in reframing a lot of unhelpful thinking, which was holding them stuck in critical thinking. They are now thriving in their own business. This took 3 sessions.
  5. Founder MRX: I partnered a client in exploring how hands on they needed to be in their established business and supported their exploration of work that excited them as well as activities outside of work that inspired them. This led to clarity on how much involvement they wanted in the business and commercial areas they wished to develop and freed up time for more work/life balance. This took 6-9 sessions.
  6. Research Director: This client needed support building resilience whilst interviewing in a tough job market, following redundancy. They built confidence; began approaching interview preparation in a more focussed way and learnt techniques to support them in interviewing more effectively and resiliently moving forwards. This took 6-8 sessions.
  7. Director Ad Agency: This client explored strategies to help them navigate their current role more effectively and started to change managerial patterns, creating more work for them. They built stronger planning skills; more effective delegation skills and clearer boundaries. All in only 3 sessions!

It is wonderful to celebrate these success stories and to witness the growth and change in all these clients in a short time.
