It’s my great pleasure to introduce our FY22 Q4 Maverick winners who embody our core values of disruptive, swagger, and grit. These team-driven awards are an important component of our culture in North America Customer Success at Oracle.

First, for our category of disruptive, congratulations to?Diane Blanchard! Diane takes time to help team members and uses her out-of-the-box thinking to solve problems. Her creativity in simplifying the complex promotes positive learning for her teammates while building a supportive atmosphere.

Next, for the category of swagger, congratulations to?Daniel Gonzalez! Daniel’s confident spirit shines with his colleagues, making him a positive light with his team. He uses his knowledge to help his team, supporting them through challenges, making him a valuable person to depend on.

And finally, for our category of grit, we have two wonderful winners. Congratulations to?Ileana Mihalache! Ileana has done nothing less than going above and beyond with her customers, colleagues, and everyone else she works with. She supports fellow CSMs by encouraging them to push their limits and bringing positivity.??

Congratulations to?Teodora Breazu, our second Grit award recipient. Teodora has proven herself to be inspirational amongst her colleagues, always taking ownership of each service delivery and taking the initiative. She’s knowledgeable about the latest industry topics – a trusted advisor and partner for all who work with her.?
