A true veteran with 11 years of end-to-end recruitment expertise, Jubie has been instrumental in leading our engineering sector and played a pivotal role in building our construction practice before transitioning. Consistently a top performer, Jubie continues to impress, like when she smashed her goals in 2022 as a top biller for Intro Asia. Thank you, Jubie, for your dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment. We're incredibly fortunate to have you on the team!

Power move: Migs earns promotion following his 5th anniversary

Please join us in congratulating Michael "Migs" Buenafe on not only celebrating his fifth year with Intro but also on his well-deserved promotion as the new Director for Intro's Power and Water sector! For half a decade, Migs has consistently been our highest biller, proving himself as a valuable asset for the team and our esteemed clients. Congratulations, Migs, and best of luck in your new leadership role.

The IT team: Jhie & Mark

We're also thrilled to celebrate work anniversaries in our IT sector!

Jhie Quinto , with an impressive two decades of experience in talent acquisition, continues to excel due to her in-depth knowledge of the local and Southeast Asian IT markets. In 2023, Jhie's dedication was recently recognized with a promotion from Talent Acquisition Partner to Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.

Mark Esguerra , celebrating his second year as well, is another key member who strengthens the foundation of our Information Technology sector. His expertise in account management and candidate care, coupled with his personable attitude and meticulous attention to detail, makes him a true asset to Intro. Happy second year!

At the marketing front: Nat

We also want to recognize Nathalia Louisse Ablaza , celebrating her first year as Marketing Advisor! Nat plays a crucial role in driving our social media presence, recruitment marketing efforts, and event coordination.
