As the year winds down, we're taking a moment to celebrate the incredible journey of the AIM Leaders Council in 2023. Your participation and support have been pivotal in making this year a resounding success, and we're excited to share some key highlights with you.???

Global Expansion and Milestones

• Venturing into New Horizons: Our leap into the United States with Machinecon 2023 marked a significant milestone in establishing AIM's global footprint. The success of this event in fostering knowledge exchange and networking has been a remarkable achievement. MachineCon 2024 is scheduled for 26th July in New York.
• Expanding Geographical Footprint: This year also saw us hosting the inaugural CDO Vision series meetups in Dubai and Singapore. These events brought together over 30 CDOs and Analytics leaders, creating platforms for deep, insightful discussions.

• Online Meetups & Roundtables: Our diverse array of events, including 12 Online Meetups, 9 Roundtables, and 5 Mini-forums, have provided continuous learning opportunities and platforms for insightful discussions.
• Mentorship Programs: Our commitment to nurturing future leaders was furthered through 9 successful mentorship programs.
• Content Contributions: The Council has seen the publication of 58 articles and expansion of our podcast series with 22 new episodes, adding significant value to our thought leadership initiatives.

???Expanding the Council’s Reach

• Membership Growth: This year, we welcomed 187 new leaders, bringing our active membership to 248 across global chapters.
• Innovation in Engagement: The launch of the AIM Leaders Council mobile app and our YouTube channel with 277 videos have been groundbreaking, enhancing member engagement and accessibility.
