Since The Westview Associates was founded in 2012, there has been much growth in the number of individuals and organizations that have improved financially through applying our proprietary operating methodology, “The Westview Advantage”. We were able to lead their hiring of longer-tenured and more productive employees.
?Many of these professional relationships generated revenue for The Westview Associates.
Many more of these interactions were initiated by Valued Members of our Professional Network, with the hope that our expertise would help a job seeker or hiring organization to achieve a better hiring outcome. These introductions allowed us to understand the hiring organization’s operating culture and the desired outcomes of job seekers and hiring organizations. With this knowledge, we were able to counsel the other party to achieve their desired end or to introduce them to a trusted resource that could lead them to the required resolution.
Providing free advice does not pay the bills at home. ?However, providing solutions within the Business Community enhances our standing as a Trusted and Reliable Resource. With this elevated standing, recognition as a Subject Matter Expert. Profitable Engagements ensue.
As we launch our Thirteenth year of operation, I thank our clients who challenged our investigative-based operating methodology, “The Westview Advantage” to discover and validate longer-tenured and more productive hiring solutions. For me, professional enjoyment comes from completing a hiring outcome that fulfills the current and evolving professional needs of both the hiring organization and the hired business professional.
At this time of year, I traditionally pause to thank my network for their passion to work together to achieve each other’s professional goals.?
