Celebrating One Year!

Thank you so much for all the warm wishes on my one year work anniversary!

I feel a bit cliche, but I am another one of those stories about someone who was working a dead-end job, everything was going wrong, just one thing after another. I did one of those things where you kind of lose and quit your job at the same time, my lease was up, my car seemed to have gotten like 3 flats in 30 days time.... Everything felt uphill in 6 feet of snow both ways.


When I felt like I was the least ready I'd ever been, I finally shot a text to my friend Sam, "I'm ready."


Next thing I knew, I'm walking into the back room of a barely-used photo studio, where I moved some old proofs and lighting equipment over to make a small space for my computer, and we just got to work. They could sell. I heard Sam and Brandon plowing through 100 "No's" and next minute they were dropping their headsets, jumping and high-fiving and calling up the agent like "Hey Silvia, it's an expired, asking $849,000, wants to meet this Thursday can you make it." They had a mess of notes and followups everywhere and yet these two whiteboards positioned neatly at the front of the room - one for clients, and one for tracking listing status from appointment to close. I remember thinking we were going to need a bigger whiteboard.


I immediately launched a social media campaign that continues to drive returns at a growing rate. We broke 5-figures in monthly revenue within our first 3 months, and just propelled from there. We've since ~gone green~ and evolved from piles of steno pads to a fully-organized CRM that sends appointments directly to agents, and also grown from a glorified storage room to 2 full-fledged professional offices in both New York and Florida... All the optics and bells and whistles have come together, but those two white boards will always be iconic to me. Our goal was and is to align agents with the campaigns that are right for them, and help them go from cold data to closed deal - From whiteboard one, to whiteboard two.


At the point of my one year anniversary with the company, I am happy not just to be celebrating personal achievement and a year of company growth within, but also that we have been able to partner with some of the most reputable companies in the real estate industry! All The Leads, a company I greatly admire for the supportive network and resources they provide to agents, has partnered with us after seeing us produce results they weren't able to find with other ISA companies in the past. This opens the doorway for our clients (both new and existing) to pursue the lucrative Probate niche with a proven system backing them; a Probate Mastermind group led by coach Chad Corbett, a full in-house marketing team, and a family of ISA callers ready to get you in the door when you do not have the time (or patience!) to make follow-up calls yourself. Getting to move to Cocoa, Florida is just the cherry on top ^_^
