?? Celebrating One Year anniversary at ARCON! ??

If I had one line for ARCON , it would be: "ARCON is the place to be right now". Not convinced? Let me justify it to you.

During my final interview, which was conducted by Tejus Dalal Sir, I couldn't answer some technical questions. But, I promised them that, "I may not have the answers of these questions right now, but I know that every possible question you're asking or would ask the answer is available on the internet, and I will find a way to solve any challenges that arise. Right after the interview, Sir asked when could I join. In my mind, I was like, am I selected? A week later, the answer came—I was indeed selected.

The day I joined ARCON, July 3rd, 2023, I was two months late as I wanted to enjoy my post-graduation and pre-office days. No questions asked, I was warmly welcomed by the hiring team Madhura Pagar ma'am , Satabdi D. , Dafrin Isaac and Ancil Gonsalves .

On my very first day, I met Milan Garg sir. I asked him many questions, and one of them was about "How is ARCON?". He said, "ARCON is the place to be right now." That thought stayed with me, and I hoped to work with him someday. Finally, 10-11 months later, I did. I asked many rookie questions, and he never hesitated to clear my queries.

After my orientation, I was mapped to Team-A. On day one, I knew nothing, had zero practical IT knowledge, but had a curious mind. The people there—oh my god, I am not exaggerating—were so helpful.

I learned the basics and got my first project. All thanks to Nayan Joshi . An enterprise-level project with so much exposure to the real world, real stakeholders, real issues, bugs, tight deadlines, and the tight security check before entering the client's premises (??).

I had called and messaged Nayan numerous times with what seemed like silly questions. All were answered, sometimes not directly but with guidance on how to solve them myself.

After completing my part, I got an international project with Rohit Sinha and Junaid Khalfay . You know the term handholding and spoon-feeding (well, in terms of IT)? That’s what their contribution has been in my journey.

Got my third project along with Rohit and Rakesh Bhanushali . They let me do whatever I liked. I was not just the associate here; I was on the front foot with their support in the background.

Then came our outing in November 2023, where I, with only four months of experience, was given the chance to be the technical person for the product demo. All thanks to Rohit Sinha and Jay Kawa .

Then came the Implementation Team's outing to Lonavala. This was not my perception of a corporate team outing. It felt more like a family outing. I was included like a family member by Anuj Varma , Rakesh Yadav , Prinstan Colaco , Bhushan Gaikwad , Mohammad Abass Joo , Maitreya Pandya , Pinak Patel , salman mulani , Shrutika Bhosle , Shubham Medge , Siddhant Singh , Vipul Gawas , Aditi Patil , Hrithik Waghmare , Raj Kapadia , Omkar Rahate , and so many kind souls (sorry if I missed anyone).

Then came the most heartbreaking personal moment in my life, and I was given a sabbatical without even asking or applying. Everyone has been supportive, made me feel included, appreciated, and heard. Thank you, everyone.

How can I forget the product team:

• Jay Kawa knows how to make me function at my full potential and is truly a leader. Jay, I appreciate your trust in me and your constant promotion of my name within the organization (??).
• Priyansh Dhanwani , whom I send numerous emails, for my queries, he calls me up and resolves my silly queries, assigning the most important resources to resolve my issues because he knows he'd get five more calls otherwise(??).Priyansh, I never have to think twice before calling you, even with the most irrelevant questions.

Got my fourth project unexpectedly with a call one afternoon from Kashyap Vuppuluri . I was surprised and didn't know how he thought of my name for such a crucial project and one of my favourite company. Kashyap knows how to make me work at my full potential by giving me crucial tasks. I learned a lot about management from him—how he handles situations seamlessly. I want to learn that from you, Kashyap. Thanks also to Shridhar Parkar (PMP, CSM, MBA) for giving me the freedom to drive the project.

I got my fifth project, which was lead by Akash Khairnar . When I first saw him in the office, he looked like a principal, but as I got to know him, I truly appreciated his leadership and how he plans work ahead of time, managing different stakeholders' needs and wants in a way that’s a win-win for everyone.

For all these projects, my name comes to the forefront, but I can never forget the ARCON’s development team, who helped me, even off-hours, resolving my mistakes by giving their precious time. Thanks, Rohan Baranwal , @shrikant shedekar, Shivam Gupta , @lucky parmar, Allan Fernandes , Param Sannakke , @janam bhavsar, Ajay Shivgan , Shashidar Reddy , and Parakh Shah .

Before joining ARCON, while I was in college, I never imagined a corporate firm can be like this. I truly appreciate the work culture here at ARCON. It’s all possible because of the vision of Anil Bhandari Sir.
