1. Practice Gratitude:

  • Take a moment each day to reflect on the blessings in your life and express gratitude for the love, joy, and beauty that surrounds you. Gratitude has the power to shift your perspective and fill your heart with appreciation. Take time first thing in the morning for this practice. Grab my favorite tea and sit down to write your gratitudes in your journal.

2. Nourish Your Body and Soul:

  • Prioritize self-care by nourishing your body with nutritious foods, staying hydrated, and getting enough restorative sleep. Treat yourself to activities that bring you joy, whether it's indulging in a bubble bath, reading a good book, or practicing gentle yoga.Maybe find a dance studio and take a fun dance class.

3. Connect with Nature:

  • Spend time outdoors and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. Take a leisurely walk in the park with or without your dog, breathe in the fresh air, and marvel at the wonders of the natural world. Nature has a remarkable ability to soothe the soul and rejuvenate the spirit.

4. Set Boundaries:

  • Honor your needs and set boundaries to protect your time, energy, and well-being. Learn to say no to commitments that drain you and yes to activities that uplift and replenish your spirit. SO so important

5. Seek Support:

  • Remember, you don't have to do it all alone. Reach out to friends, family, or support groups for encouragement, guidance, and understanding. Surround yourself with people who lift you up and remind you of your strength and worth.

Moms can use all the self care tips they can get. Taking care of ourselves is crucial if we want to be in service to others
