Celebrating Milestones

When I started the DuPuis Group in 1988, I knew the company would be built on shared success with great people—people who could be nimble and open to evolving together. The people I chose to surround myself with were less motivated by sticks and carrots than they were about doing great things as a team—a creative voice in innovation, design and positive change. Today, we as DuPuis are humbled to have a number of longtime “DuPuislings” who have grown up with us, helping us become the company we are today.

Our newest milestone anniversary honoree is Leigh Haikin, Associate Account Director, who celebrated 10 years in June. “I love that DuPuis has evolved in a way that is ahead of and organic to the desire and behaviors of consumers,” says Leigh. “I’ve sharpened my abilities to solve problems as DuPuis has expanded its capabilities.”

Leigh is just the latest inductee into the 10+ year club. She joins other DuPuislings who have surpassed that milestone, including Ivana Nikolic, VP of Design, 11 years; Marine Ansryan, Design Director, 11 years; Lindsay Evans, Creative Director, 14 years; and Dawn Pickett, Controller, at 18 great years.

Yet even more fist bumps are to be had. Huge milestone anniversaries are coming up next year for Production Director Mario Soto and Senior Production Designer Michael Clarke, who will both celebrate 20 years of amazing work. What’s more, my two right-hands--Executive VP Jeff Pickett and John Silva, our President and Senior Creative Director--will mark 25 years with DuPuis.

Why all the confetti and hoopla?

I’d like to think it’s because I had it right from the beginning—creating a vital culture that blends fresh inspiration and fresh minds with wisdom and proven commitments makes for a powerhouse group. One that thrives on evolution and can see beyond next quarter to take on the creative challenges of tomorrow.

Together as a team, we cheer on the newest newbies and applaud the pillars among us.
