Celebrating Loup's Gen Z Workforce on this National Intern Day

Happy National Intern Day!

Today we celebrate National Intern Day. Here at Loup we recognize how important it is to practice what you learn outside of the classroom, that’s why we make sure to create meaningful experiences for our interns. The stereotype of the intern getting coffee for their manager doesn’t exist here. An internship at Loup consists of real work interacting with customers, making sales wins, and creating strategies for the future. We understand how busy this time of life is, as hours are flexible during the school year.

This morning, Loup interns joined those from our parent company, Union Pacific Railroad , for a day at Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium to celebrate this occasion. They were able to see all the exhibits, ride the Skyfari, and enjoy burgers and hotdogs together.

We have a diverse group of interns from different universities (quite a few from UNL, GO BIG RED!) around the Midwest. Some are still in the early years of college while others are preparing to graduate in December. A few of our interns agreed to let us tell you about them and what they do for Loup.?
