Founders Day is a commemorative occasion that is celebrated at Naiknavare Developers, a renowned real estate developer in Pune, every year on the 10th of March, to honor the vision, leadership, and contribution of the founders. 10th March is the birthday of the Late Shri Dattaji Prabhuji Naiknavare (10.03.1927 – 29.09.2020), affectionately known as Dadasaheb, who founded Naiknavare Developers. He was the epitome of versatility and resilience throughout his illustrious life, as he donned many hats – Teacher, Manager, Technocrat, Entrepreneur, and Chief Mentor. With 94 exemplary years marked by his perseverance and great ambition, Dadasaheb left an indelible mark on society. He was known for his compassionate heart and glorious vision and was awarded by Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan for his dedication at Barony and Baroda Oil Refineries.

Dadasaheb settled in Pune in 1985 along with his two sons and daughter-in-law and laid the foundation of Naiknavare Developers who stand today as one of the best real estate developers in Pune. Under his visionary leadership and guidance, the company excelled in the hospitality, manufacturing, and education sectors, yet rooted in his values and commitment to social upliftment.

Dadasaheb’s legacy extends beyond business achievements to a profound impact on education and community welfare as he was a staunch believer in providing educational opportunities to the less privileged. The institution ‘Shanta Prabhu Prashala’ established by him is a testament to that. His life’s journey is a celebration of his humble service to society and nurturing of great values through the Naiknavare family, binding everyone together. From humble beginnings to providing housing for all, Dadasaheb achieved the proud Indian dream.

Our 38th Founders Day celebration this year was held on 11th March 2024 at our company, a memorable event filled with joy, reflection, and inspiration. Mr. Anand Naiknavare (Head of Business Process) and Mr. Neel Naiknavare (Head of Team Building and Operations), presented our past achievements, future goals, and targets while our esteemed Head of Departments shared their experiences of the past years. Employees who excelled were rewarded and those who achieved significant milestones were felicitated as part of our commitment to recognizing and celebrating hard work and individual achievements.

Interactive sessions were held between the management, head of department, and other employees imparting valuable insights, and sharing experiences and innovative ideas amongst each other. Team building activities such as engaging workshops and group activities aimed at fostering collaboration and camaraderie provided an exciting platform for the employees to learn new skills and perspectives. Everyone was thoroughly inspired, making the Founder’s Day celebration not only a memorable event but impactful too.

The highlight of the event was the announcement of our rebranding to the employees for the first time. The unveiling of our new logo, tagline, vision, mission, and values received an exciting response from the employees and they were then presented with goodie bags with chocolates, stationery, and more. The event also featured a talent show with an entertaining lineup of performances by the employees such as mimicry of colleagues and stand-up comedy. Our architecture team performed a captivating dance and drama. All performers were honored with gifts by Naiknavare Developers. Overall the celebration was a resounding success and left everyone re-energized and inspired. The event concluded with a delicious lunch with the management.??
