On International Women's Day, we at AppliedAI are proud to recognise the vital role that women play in the technology industry, especially in the rapidly advancing field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The Applied AI Company (AAICO) develops software to improve the speed and quality of decisions as well as the productivity of critical business processes in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, government, and financial services. AAICO leverages a wide range of AI approaches from a mix of internal and external platforms across computer vision, supervised deep learning, generative methods and rules engines. To further demonstrate our dedication to promoting diversity and inclusion, we are thrilled to announce the launch of our graduate programme in the UAE, offering two distinct pathways for aspiring AI professionals:

1. The 3-6 month Internship provides interns with a monthly stipend while working remotely and spending one day per week at AAICO HQ in Abu Dhabi. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in impactful projects across various industries, including healthcare, finance, and more.
2. The intensive 6-month Graduate Programme immerses participants full-time in the AAICO office, with a stipend, accommodations, and visas provided. Graduates will receive comprehensive training in applied AI, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this rapidly evolving field.
