Celebrating, acknowledging diversity & inclusiveness are ways we can support #womeninbusiness and young and older women to thrive.

As we recognise another year forward for women globally, the collective pursuit of equal opportunities has never been more important for all women.

?One of my aims in my business & work is to encourage and support young or older women taking steps towards creating a better future in the world of work and in business for themselves

Women make great leaders, and business owners, if only more can rise above the benchmark of achievement they think is possible. While I am a realist having founded five businesses and had my share of failures, I believe having a vision, passion & conviction can go a long way in stretching into possibilities that emerge for us if we can find the courage to take them.

Today I am acknowledging brilliant women I am proud to share in my world within business, I am shouting out here to four fabulous members of my Brilliant Female Entrepreneur Society who are inspiring others to take bigger steps in their lives daily

International Women's Day?(March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality.

IWD has occurred for well over a century, with the first IWD gathering in 1911 supported by over a million people. Today, IWD belongs to all groups collectively everywhere. IWD is not country, group, or organization specific.
