Our teams in Research and Development and Engineering are at the heart of innovation, entrepreneurship, and customer-centric capabilities.

While Roquette has always valued diverse perspectives, the group recently created the engagement platform CARE for people, as part of our life+nature sustainability program, to further our commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion based on the principle of equitable opportunities to succeed.

Talent knows no boundaries. As a concrete example, diversity of skills and knowledge forms the foundation of our experts’ community. We regularly create opportunities for young people to explore our jobs and career paths, recognizing our role in encouraging them to discover their potential and passion within our industry.

Our Employee Resource Group, Women@Roquette, is undoubtedly a driving force behind our relentless promotion of the importance of creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, safe, and proud to belong.

?????? Inspiring the Next Generation?

We are committed to encouraging young girls (and young people in general) as future workers to pursue careers in science. According to UNESCO, just 35% of all students enrolled in STEM-related fields of study are women. Through various initiatives, partnerships, and educational programs, Roquette supports the development of future female leaders in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics).

For example, we provide scholarships to children and university students in the USA studying STEM, and our site in Lithuania partners with the Panev??ys Regional STEAM Center to provide educational resources and hands-on laboratory experiences to students in science and technology. We also offer internships and host groups of students at our sites around the world to learn more about what we do at Roquette and the career opportunities available. ?
