3 个月TTK Prestige Ltd is a fraud brand. They sell defective products and no proper service also. I am struggling to get one product serviced since last 2 months. Udupi area service head also not able to provide a proper solution to the customers. They just don’t care about the existing customers. 3 个月Wors product TTK Prestige Ltd . My name is Mohith. I am from Bangalore. Recently, I purchased one of your product names "Prestige edge black 2burner gas stove". It's just look like premium by seeing outside posture. But, it is one of worst compare to other local brands. Problems:- 1. Less flame in main burner. 2. Alignment of metal part is not in correct position. We trust prestige is good brand. But, by looking these bugs we found worst R&D is happening in your company. I need my money refund or new product. To avoid further escalation. I also dropped a mail to your customer care and corporate office. But I got auto reply that mail has blocked.
