If SPB is (was) a brand, the longevity of his brand transcends generations, If he was a Corporate leader and a Brand custodian,  and a lot that corporate leaders can be inspired with, here are some points that I could relate to. Just look at this statistic, if we listen to one song sung by SPB sir every day for the next 100 years, you would still have to do it for some more years.

• Brand SPB’s values:

Commitment, Penchant to Perfection, Deidcation to the craft, Zeal to understand the nuances of language, the music (he was not a trained singer) the knowledge that he willingly shared

He was neither a trained carnatic, nor a hindustani classical musician, never had a music background and legacy, but learnt it all by himself including mimcry, watch his genius in action here where he did a Ventriloquist all by himself

Punctuation, Pronunciation, the data and stats that he remembered, the immaculate attention to the detail he demonstrated

Respect towards the musicians, the respect he had to women folk (diversity and inclusion), children (of all ages) whom he groomed, technicians and the in numerable charitable acts he did
