Celebrating the Grand Opening of Maison Manuvie

On November 27, 2017 Manulife Real Estate, along with partner Ivanhoe Cambridge, celebrated the official opening of Maison Manuvie, our latest office development in the heart of Montreal. Located at 900 de Maisonneuve West, this property will now serve as Manulife’s Quebec headquarters. 

Maison Manuvie incorporates sustainable features such as end-of-trip facilities for those arriving by bicycle and has been built to LEED Gold standards, all while featuring a new working environment that promotes collaboration, teamwork and the integration of technology throughout.

In just three years, we have gone from concept to completion, and the 486,000 square foot, 27 storey building is the first pure office development in Montreal in many years, a true testament to Manulife’s commitment to our community, the City of Montreal and Quebec.
