Meet Valeria, a vibrant third-grader, who couldn't see the whiteboard or read her homework. Without insurance, eye care was financially out of reach for her family. Thanks to optical Prime and support from our half Helen community, Valeria received a comprehensive eye exam and chose a pair of chic, purple frames to complement her sense of style.

Within days of receiving her new glasses, Valeria's joy was visible to all around her and her mother could see a measurable improvement. Your support makes these moments of happiness possible.

optical Prime Hosts Special Guests

Earlier this month, optical Prime hosted a group of special guests during one of our community clincs. Trustees from the Harry E. and Eda L. Montandon Charitable Trust joined our team at People's Community Clinic to witness optical Prime in action. The Montandon Charitable Trust had been pivotal in supporting half Helen's school-based vision care program for over five years. We were thrilled to host the trustees, offering them a firsthand experience of optical Prime and the opportunity to meet Chelsea Elliott, half Helen's executive director.

Last week, we kicked off the season by gathering for a festive celebration at our annual holiday party. Held at Antonelli's?Cheese House, the evening was filled with delicious cheese, fun games, and heartwarming camaraderie. This year-end gathering provides us with the perfect opportunity to reflect on the past year, and express gratitude to our dedicated staff whose contributions have played a crucial role in half Helen's success.
