"My most memorable experience working at Bel must be when we were given the Best Store Award," Gabino reflects. "As a team, it was an amazing accomplishment. Going from not such a good store to being the best—it was an amazing feeling."

"When I have my team meetings, I talk about their accomplishments. I talk about never being satisfied, always being hungry for more," Gabino emphasizes.
