Today, March 19th, we want to give a special mention to our nazaríes intelligenia dads. We want to take this opportunity to highlight a fundamental aspect of our company: our commitment to parenthood, both for mothers and fathers, in the workplace, but today the protagonists are the "Fathers".

On this special day, as we reflect on the meaning of fatherhood, we also want to emphasize a fundamental aspect of our identity as a company: our commitment to parenthood and motherhood in the workplace.

At our company, we take pride in being a "Baby Friendly" company where we value and support parents (and mothers) in their professional and personal journeys. We consider ourselves more than just a software services company; we are a family where gender equality and work-life balance are fundamental pillars, where fatherhood is celebrated and supported at all levels.
