When a challenging government mandate surprised some ECI users, Michael stepped up! While this was not a technical issue, getting our users government-compliant was a time crunch. Michael suggested a creative way to use our own tools to make this not only possible but simple for our customers. This solution will run long-term and is product agnostic, so it will be able to fulfill similar needs for many of our other ECI software customers.??

Denise is the longest-tenured employee on her team. While that fact alone speaks to Denise’s dedication, she is also a peer willing to drop anything to help others. She has invested significant time in reviewing individual customer accounts, seeking to understand the root cause of a customer’s dissatisfaction, and working across product divisions to find a path forward to resolve customer cases quickly and fully. Denise is a voice for our customers, speaking up in meetings to ask, “How would the customer feel?” Her growth mindset and ownership of responsibility make Denise the perfect Own the Outcome Award winner.??

Embrace Community—Jaclyn Buonamici?

Giving back to your community is extremely important in all facets of life. That’s why we have the Embrace Community Standing Ovation Award, to honor someone who donates their time, energy, talents, and treasure to better the world around them. This quarter, we have awarded Jaclyn Buonamici , project manager, as our Embrace Community Award winner!??

Jaclyn has opened her heart and home to over 14 foster children. During times of need, she provides these children with a stable and nurturing environment. Her dedication has offered these children a safe haven while giving them the sense of belonging and support they often do not receive. Currently, Jaclyn is finalizing the adoption of three sisters, a huge milestone in her fostering journey. The bonds and memories these children have created with Jaclyn will help remind them to be loving and compassionate to others throughout their lives.??
