In 1976, three engineers (NI Founders James Truchard, or “Dr. T,” Jeff Kodosky, and Bill Nowlin) went into a garage with a simple idea—connecting a test instrument to a computer—and emerged with a company where engineers could do what they love and make a real difference. And now, as part of Emerson's Test & Measurement group, we remain committed to empowering and elevating engineers with intelligent test innovations to help them tackle ever-more complex challenges. Honoring the past, driving progress in the present, and inspiring the future, we celebrate the engineers who push the boundaries of innovation and shape what’s next.
