Today, we are celebrating not only the entrepreneurial spirit but also the remarkable journey of CodeStore, an IT services company that began with a vision of providing exceptional offshore software development services to clients worldwide, delivering high-quality work, and aiming to become a leading player in the industry.?

Inception and Inspiration:? ?

The concept of CodeStore was conceived with the conviction that IT companies thrive when they can access the top talent to build software. Initially consisting of only five teammates, the company has grown into a remarkable team of over 70 individuals, always welcoming new skills and expertise to take on challenging responsibilities.?

In 2017, Mr. Ajay Kumar Goel and Mrs. Deepti Agarwal founded CodeStore along with another team member. Prior to this venture, they had been entrepreneurs for two years. The team at CodeStore worked together to achieve their shared vision, drawing on the lessons they had learned from their previous experiences. Despite facing challenges, they persisted with determination and innovation. Each member brought their unique skill set to the table, which allowed them to overcome obstacles and turn setbacks into opportunities.?

Overcoming Challenges:? ?

The early days of CodeStore were marked by long hours, shared dreams, and an unyielding commitment to quality. A major challenge was building trust with clients in a skeptical market.?

To overcome this, we worked based on the fact that “Success in a service business is not just about delivering a product; it's about creating an experience that leaves a lasting impression. Consistently exceed expectations, embrace challenges as opportunities, and let your passion for service be the driving force behind your success.” We implemented an approach of offering free trials of our services, showcasing our commitment to quality and reliability.?

Another challenge we faced was in recruiting the appropriate employees for our organization. To deal with this, we tried various strategies and finally implemented the one that proved successful for our business. This step improved our recruitment process and helped create a robust organizational structure.?
