As Earth Day approaches and my birthday on April 22nd draws near, I find myself reflecting on the profound connection between this special day and the work I do. It's a time of celebration and gratitude, not just for the planet we call home, but also for the gift of another year of life and the opportunity to continue making a positive impact. As I look ahead to the year ahead, I'm reminded of the importance of intertwining Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts.
