In case you didn’t know, Wheel House is an LGBTQ owned gym and we believe that fitness is for everyone, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other aspect that makes us beautifully unique. During Pride Month, we encourage you to join us for special Pride-themed workout classes where you can sweat it out alongside a diverse and vibrant community. - Supporting LGBTQ+-Friendly Fitness Organizations: Take some time to research and support fitness organizations that actively promote inclusivity and LGBTQ+ rights. There are amazing organizations out there helping the LGBTQ communities who would love to know they have your support! Here are a few that we’ve helped & donated to in the past: AIDS Lifecycle, Rafiki Coalition, and Maitri.

- The Importance of Mental Health: Pride Month reminds us of the struggles that many LGBTQ+ individuals face when it comes to mental health. Exercise and fitness have been shown to have a positive impact on mental well-being. As you engage in your fitness routine, take a moment to focus on your mental health and engage in activities that bring you joy and peace of mind.
At Wheel House, we are not only out & proud ourselves, but our community is filled with amazing Queer individuals and supportive proud allies. We believe that fitness is an avenue for personal growth, empowerment, and unity. - Diversity in Motion: Yoga & Dance Fusion Class on Monday, 6/26 at 5:15pm with Nicole H.?
- Ride with Pride on Saturday, 6/24 at 10:30am with Cycling Instructor & Owner Carl M. *Ride with Pride is a special class for only $10 for first timers at Wheel House. Wheel House Members are also welcomed and encouraged to attend, but will have to use their regular credits to book their spot.
