As the Medicare Supplement business owner, I want to take a moment to recognize the exceptional dedication and hard work of our independent brokers along with the many teams and resources behind the scenes at Humana supporting our success. Their commitment to excellence does not go unnoticed, especially during the bustling Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).

Stories of Exceptional Service

Our brokers consistently go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure Medicare beneficiaries are equipped with the necessary information to make well-informed decisions. For instance, one of our dedicated brokers in Louisville has been known to stay late into the evening, ensuring all client queries are answered and that each individual feels confident in their Medicare choices.

Another inspiring story comes from a broker in Phoenix, who organized weekend seminars to educate beneficiaries about the nuances of Medicare plans. These sessions have been crucial in helping many understand the breadth of their options and rights under Medicare.

Over the past year, we have made significant strides in enhancing our support systems for brokers post-application submission. Our improvements have focused on providing real-time assistance and resolving inquiries on the same day they arise. We understand that during AEP, efficiency is paramount, and we are committed to ensuring our brokers can work as effectively as possible.

Our MarketPoint and Medicare Supplement teams have worked diligently to streamline processes and enhance communication channels. These efforts have substantially reduced wait times and have allowed brokers to manage their client portfolios more effectively.
