From those early days 10 years ago, when job interviews were a different ballgame, to now, where we've witnessed the tech landscape evolve, it's been an incredible path of growth, innovation, and friendships.?

The first days and growth of the powerhouse

TeleSoftas has evolved into a powerful company, boasting robust support systems and essential infrastructure. Despite its global recognition, the company's fundamental ethos of mutual assistance and support has remained unwavering. The company has grown into an innovative tech firm, but the heart remains intact. It's this spirit that carried us through then and carries us through now – a united force, regardless of numbers. Whether composed of 30 individuals or exceeding 200, the reliance on one another endures.?

Free artists in the tech world

During those years, we were in a continuous process of learning and exploration. Our first collaboration on the new project gave us options and the power to shape tools. Within this philosophy and requirements from the PO of the project, a team was formed dedicated to automating QA processes, and I was a part of it.

Very beginnings felt like being "free artists" in the tech world and granted the liberty to explore, learn, and innovate - a privilege nowadays as projects mature and codes solidify. Particularly when creating an automated QA tool, our team demonstrated dedication by reflecting the needs of our clients.

Lasting bonds and commitment

Trust isn't just a word here; it's the foundation on which we've built remarkable solutions, weathered challenges, and celebrated victories.?

A big shoutout to my colleagues – the ones who've been by my side through thick and thin. Friendships are built on shared experiences and mutual support. When you work with people for a long time, you get to know them well and develop a bond beyond just work.
