Our Vintner's Theme for 2023
The Rancho Cucamonga Chambers 27th Annual Vintner's theme,?“A nod to service men and women of the 1940s” is a reflection of our focus for?2023-24?on?Service Excellence. But why have we chosen this nod to the past? The answer lies in the fundamental values of community, service, and unity that this era represents.
The?1940s, marked by the tumultuous times of World War II, was an era when the world came together to address a common cause. It was a time when people realized that caring for one another, both at home and abroad, was the key to building a better and more prosperous world.?This spirit of unity, selflessness, and service became the cornerstone of that generation.
Reflecting on this period allows us to draw inspiration from the past, reminding us of the importance of community and service in our present-day endeavors. Service men and women, in particular, exemplify the values of sacrifice, commitment, and dedication, all in the name of a greater good.?Their legacy serves as a beacon, guiding us to embrace these same principles in our modern lives.
Today, we understand that building a community is an act of service, then as it is now. Whether you are in manufacturing, healthcare, the service industry, or any other field,?we are all weaving the fabric of our community when we come together to strengthen our businesses.?
While we celebrate our contributions and accomplishments at this year's event, I would also ask our members to reflect on the countless acts of kindness, compassion, and support our Chamber fosters all year long and how our collective efforts contribute to the prosperity and well-being of?Rancho Cucamonga.
Serving with Excellence is the heartbeat of the Rancho Chamber.
