Ntoudi Mouyelo, the Managing Director of Mchezo Limited has only been at the Kigali-based pan-African company for eight months and within the short time his drive is evident: the creation and preservation of wealth in Africa.?

It is this drive that Ntoudi (2D) has used to carefully assemble a team of like-minded individuals to take charge of Mchezo’s mission to amplify the potential (latent or active) that exists within the sports ecosystem in the continent.?


As the MD of Mchezo, the company that owns betting brand betPawa, he is in charge of, among other things, developing partnerships with sports leagues, corporate and government entities among others for mutual value growth.?

As the franchising company for betPawa, Ntoudi is also responsible for developing the commercial activities in Africa for betPawa, using a strong engagement with licence holders to assess and open new markets for sports gaming activities.?

A growth-oriented executive, Ntoudi previously worked as the coordinator of the Financial Centre at the Rwanda Ministry of Finance. Here he was part of the team of pioneers who built one of the first international business and financial centre in Sub-Saharan Africa located in Kigali. This centre succeeded in attracting to Rwanda about $1 billion worth of investment within the first three years of its operations.?

He is currently pursuing a major sports development project partnerships with celebrated sports personalities such as Cameroonian-born French national Carlos Takam who wants to stage an international boxing event in Kigali marketing the city as the ‘Las Vegas’ of Africa to boost sports tourism and give African boxers a global marketing platform. Takam also plans to set up a talent development project to give African boxers more growth opportunities.?

Ntoudi is also spearheading Mchezo’s support to Lesotho’s taekwondo Star Michelle Tau, who besides being a top-ranked taekwondo star, is also a champion for women’s rights, advocating mainly against gender-based violence.?

Possessing a solid international banking and finance experience, Ntoudi is utilising his speciality in risk management and investment structuring background to tap into the vast opportunities that lies within the African sports ecosystem for fostering further economic growth of the continent.
