Celebrating Black Excellence in the Salesforce Community

As we come together to celebrate Black History Month, I would like to take this opportunity to recognize the incredible contributions of black Salesforce professionals to our industry and community.?

Despite their impressive contributions, the tech industry continues to struggle with diversity and inclusion. Black employees are underrepresented in leadership positions, face unequal pay, and continue to face unfair obstacles.

That is why it is crucial that we, as a Salesforce community, work to attract, retain, and elevate black professionals in our industry. One way we can do this is by supporting and investing in diversity and inclusion initiatives, such as mentorship programs, diversity, and inclusion training, and increasing the representation of black employees in leadership positions.?

Together, let us celebrate the contributions of black Salesforce professionals during Black History Month, and throughout the year. We must work together to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace, where black employees can thrive and make their mark on the industry.
