Six years ago, a small but very international group of individuals working remotely, launched Educatefor.Life out of personal frustrations as students and parents with the formal school systems -and with a bold vision to revolutionize education through community-driven learning.

Today, as we reflect on our journey, we're proud to see how our global community has grown across the world, each member contributing to a more inclusive and adaptable educational ecosystem and both schools, universities but also businesses of all sizes subscribe to the community created insights and innovation power. This community evolution is thoroughly being observed and documented through published academic papers.

As we stand at the crossroads of technological advancement and educational transformation, the need for a global, dynamic, community-driven learning ecosystem has never been more critical. The research our partners and we continue to do, identify that certain human skills have emerged as crucial for personal and professional success. Among our comprehensive framework of 60 human skills our community programs coach you on, three stand out as particularly vital:

• Adaptive Thinking: The ability to navigate uncertainty and respond effectively to change has become non-negotiable in our fast-paced world. Our community supports members in developing this skill through real-world challenges and peer learning opportunities.
• Emotional Intelligence: Understanding and managing emotions - both our own and others' - is fundamental to building strong relationships and fostering effective collaboration in our increasingly connected world.
• Learning Agility: The capacity to continuously learn, unlearn, and relearn is perhaps the most critical skill for the 21st century. Our community provides a safe space to practice and develop this essential capability.

In terms of technological advancement and societal change, these 6 calendar years (2019-2025) we now celebrate could be considered equivalent to approximately 20-25 traditional years when measured exponentially. This is due to the accelerating pace of change, particularly in areas like AI, educational technology, and digital transformation. The COVID-19 pandemic further accelerated digital adoption and educational innovation, compressing years of expected change into months.

This exponential growth rate is evident in how our community has evolved, adapted, and scaled its impact far beyond what would have been possible in a similar timeframe during previous decades.
