As we step into 2025, we have the extraordinary privilege of celebrating VIP Structures ' 50th anniversary. I want to take a moment to reflect on this remarkable milestone and express my deepest gratitude to each of you—whose dedication, talent, and passion have shaped our journey.

Fifty years ago, Dave Nutting set out with a bold vision to integrate design and construction under one roof and established VIP Structures in Syracuse in 1975. What began as a small startup has grown into a thriving, fully integrated design-build firm with over 150 professionals. Over these decades, we've reimagined spaces, empowered industries, and made a lasting impact on the Central New York region. From revitalizing downtown Syracuse with projects like Pike Block and The Post, to supporting iconic companies like Cryomech , Feldmeier Equipment, Inc. , and Food Bank of Central New York , we've built more than structures; we've built relationships that matter.

This achievement is truly shared and belongs to all of you—past and present employees—whose talent, hard work, and belief in our mission have been the heart of VIP for five decades. It is also a testament to the immense trust of our clients, who have partnered with us to bring their visions to life; the unwavering support of our vendors, who stand with us as true collaborators; and the inspiration of our community, which drives us to dream bigger and achieve more every day.
