We’re a team of driven, passionate, and experienced business professionals who have been in the commercial laundry industry for more than 30 years.

Titus Commercial Laundry was founded in 1987 and has been a family-owned and operated business since its early days and remains so to this day.

Our Story

President

Jan Smith

Titus Commercial was founded by our President, Jan Smith. Jan was originally an Iowa native but moved to Florida to take over the operations of a failing coin-operated laundry route. From there, she worked to rebuild the business from the ground up and eventually turned it into the successful and thriving business which continues to this day as Titus Commercial Laundry.

Vice President

Robert Titus

In 2002, Jan’s son Robert joined the company as a route technician. With this new service, Robert led the way for a new division dedicated to repairing and servicing industrial laundry machinery. In no time at all, Robert continued to rise through the ranks. He was eventually named Vice President before taking over operations of the company just ten years after joining as a route technician in 2012.

Chief Financial Officer

Hope Titus

Today, Robert and his wife Hope lead the way for Titus Commercial Laundry. Together, this husband and wife pair work to further develop the services that Titus can offer, in addition to refining the services and divisions already established within the company. Under their leadership, Titus Commercial Laundry continues to grow and connect with new business partners throughout the southeastern US and the Caribbean.
