Celebrating 30 years of large scale commercial projects
Hanlin Rainaldi Construction
A full-service commercial general contractor with expertise in design build projects, headquartered in Columbus Ohio.
We continue to build the future of our company on the foundation of our past. ?
The portfolio of work Hanlin Rainaldi Construction has completed is diverse, and includes many large scale projects. An early project, large by square footage, was the Shoppes at Wilton (2002-2003). This project was a ground up strip shopping center with 20 tenants, coming in at 148,000 sq. ft. Allied Mineral, one of HRCC's first repeat clients and global manufacturer, also holds a place in our largest projects by square footage. Allied’s warehouse expansion in 2005 added an additional 120,000 sq. ft. to their campus.
We know our way around a crane. Our tall ground-up builds include AD Farrow (2007). This 3-story facility houses the sales, maintenance, and service for Harley Davidson Motorcycles. Also topping the list on height Vertical Adventures (2013), our climbing facility neighbor. Climb Nittany (2021), our second climbing gym project, is located in State College, PA. Both builds measure in at 42ft. inside a metal building.
Plaskolite (2019) also holds a place in large renovations. This office space resides on the fourth floor of the Buggyworks building and is 30,000 square feet! Another client’s office and warehouse renovation project we have in the works is just a bit larger at 30,500 square feet.
Whether renovation or ground up build, warehouse, retail, office, or climbing facility, we have 30 years of experience with large scale commercial projects.
