TODAY, Exactly 30 years ago, on August 1, 1994, I embarked on an incredible journey by starting my Chef Apprenticeship & College of Hotel Management at the Hotel Europ?ischer Hof in Bad Gastein, Salzburg, Austria and culminated with earning my Examination Degree in Culinary Arts from the Hospitality and Tourism School at Lake Obertrum, Austria.

??? From my humble beginnings as an apprentice at Hotel Europ?ischer Hof in Bad Gastein, Austria, to my current role as Executive Chef at the luxurious Banyan Tree Bangkok, it's been a thrilling ride!

?? My passion for cooking has taken me across the globe with some ?? Key milestones in Austria, Switzerland, Germany, United Arab Emirates, China, Thailand and ?? Aboard on the Cruise to the high seas.
