2. Increase Diversity? Summit 2024: Let’s Talk Language

The Increase Diversity? Summit 2024 was held on October 16-17, 2024. The theme, “How Do I Say It?: Effective Language for Inclusive Recruitment and Retention Strategies,” brought together some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Over the course of two action-packed days, attendees dove into engaging presentations, discussions, and Q&A sessions, all centered around the power of effective language and how the words we use can truly transform workplaces and help increase diversity and retention without harm.

3. Increase Diversity Academy: Your Go-To Resource for Increased Diversity and Retention Success

4. ERE Conference

This November, our CEO Jenn Tardy took the stage at the ERE Recruiting Conference in Anaheim, CA. Her keynote on November 14 was all about “Future-Proof Leadership: Leaning Into DEI for Sustainable Success in Lean Times.”

With DEI budgets under fire, Jenn’s keynote couldn’t come at a better time. She broke down how leaders can keep diversity initiatives alive, even when times are tough. Using her signature obstacle course metaphor, Jenn highlighted the unique barriers marginalized groups face—and more importantly, how we can overcome them.
