As we mark the completion of 24 successful years in the industry, Dhananjay Group proudly celebrated its annual get-together, "Revel 2023," on December 30th, 2023, at our DACPL-I Plant in Arapur. This momentous occasion brought together the extended Dhananjay family, comprising our dedicated employees and their families, to revel in our shared achievements and look forward to a future filled with promise.

Event Highlights:

The festivities kicked off at 3:00 PM and continued until 9:00 PM in the spacious Arapur open area. The event was hosted by the dynamic duo, Mr. Ganesh Pawar, the plant head of DTPL-II plant and Mr. Gulve, the corporate Finance Head who served as the lively anchors throughout the program.

The agenda comprised a variety of engaging activities:

  1. Participant Gathering and Plant Visit: Families enjoyed refreshing moments, entertainment for children, and a visit to the plant, including an eye check-up camp.
  2. Lighting and Opening Speech: The event was inaugurated with a symbolic balloon release, followed by an opening speech that set the tone for the celebrations.
  3. Messages from Directors: Dhananjay Group's MD, Mr. T.N. Kandakure, shared insights into employee engagement, company advancements, challenges, and future prospects. Director Ms. R.T. Kandakure emphasized the importance of employee morale and their role in the company's growth.
  4. Cultural Extravaganza: Employees showcased their diverse talents through dance, drama, mimicry, and singing. A quiz competition on company values and science projects by employees' children added an educational touch. The evening also featured a lucky draw for a touch of excitement.
  5. Prize Distribution and Vote of Thanks: Long-serving employees, dedicated for 10 years or more, were honored with Long Service Awards. The evening concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks.
  6. Common Dance (DJ) and Dinner: The night came alive with a common dance session, adding a vibrant note to the celebration. Employees and their families then gathered for a sumptuous dinner, fostering a sense of community and socializing.

The event encapsulated the spirit of Dhananjay Group - a company that values its employees, fosters a culture of appreciation, and looks forward to a future of continuous growth and success.
