2004?A new vision for private aviation?

When Vista Founder Thomas Flohr began to charter his own jet, he realized the potential for a new way to fly private. He bought a second aircraft and VistaJet was founded, offering silver and red branded aircraft for the best service in the sky.?

2007?A new way to fly private?

VistaJet launches its pioneering Program membership. Since then, Members pay only for the hours they fly, without investing in an aircraft.?

2011?Committing to Global Growth?

Thomas Flohr places a firm order for 56 Bombardier Global aircraft worth $7.8bn — building the foundation for the first global business aviation company.?

2015?Setting the benchmark for cabin service?

Keen to create a true home away from home in the air, VistaJet Cabin Hosts start training with the British Butler Institute and the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Today, the team is also trained by the Norland College and MedAire, to offer the highest services standards in the industry.?

2017?The first Unicorn in business aviation?

Following a Rho?ne Capital investment that valued the company at $2.65bn, VistaJet becomes the first Maltese Unicorn and one of the top five European Unicorns by funding.?

2018?Vista, the private aviation ecosystem?

Vista Global Holding establishes its head office in Dubai, with the mission to create a portfolio of services to cover every aspect of private flying. Today, Vista brands include VistaJet , XO , Apollo Jets, Vista America . Vista Aircraft Maintenance and Vista Aircraft Management.?

Reviving the golden age of flying, VistaJet starts introducing a unique series of services including VistaPet, children’s Adventures in the Sky, Wine in the Sky and most recently, the Wellness program.?

A series of strategic acquisitions starts with JetSmarter and XOJET Inc., followed by Air Hamburg, Apollo Jets, Jet Edge and Camber in 2022 and 2023.?

VistaJet launches Private World, offering Members exclusive access to destinations, events and bespoke experiences in partnerships with hundreds of leading global brands.?

With steady success, Vista becomes the number one charter operator in the world. In 2021, Vista also becomes the largest global operator of Global 7500?aircraft.

Responding to demand, VistaJet launches a new product designed to meet the unique needs of global businesses – VistaJet Corporate Membership.?

2023?A global flying network?

Vista announces that Program flights in the U.S. will now be operated by its partner operators under a single brand: Vista America, Vista also increases the number of Vista aircraft maintenance hubs across the globe.?
