Celebrating 10 Years of Impact and Building Community!

In 2023, we marked our 10th anniversary, taking immense pride in developing the largest community of Latinos at the highest levels of governance and business leadership. On the way, we successfully cultivated a formidable pipeline of the next generation of board-ready talent, advancing Latino representation in corporate boardrooms.?

Highlights from the our 2023 Impact Report :

Growing the Community:?

  • LCDA understands the importance of having a pulse on the talent pool. Today, LCDA is tracking over 4000 board marketable Latino senior executives and growing.??

Among them, 60% are male and 40% are female, with a majority being seasoned corporate directors and diverse leaders.??
  • The collective governance impact of the LCDA membership represents over 600 private and public companies.?

"LCDA is the go-to resource to accessing talent within the Latino community. Connecting Leaders & Fostering Connections:?

For the first time in Texas, alongside Toyota North America, we hosted our 8th annual Board Leaders Convening. Our largest convening to date, with an impressive turnout of 325+ attendees, including 138 speakers, partners, and special guests, this event served as a platform to celebrate and drive Latino leadership in corporate governance.?

Developing the Next Generation of Board Leaders:

Over the last decade, LCDA’s foundation, along with exceptional partners, has produced 9 board readiness programs certifying over 300 leaders. ?

As we reflect on the past decade, we express gratitude to the LCDA and LCDEF Boards, LCDA Team, Members, and Partners who have contributed to this remarkable journey. The next chapter holds even greater promise, and we look forward to continuing our mission of supporting, developing, and promoting Latinos onto the highest levels of corporate governance.??
