Box Breathing Exercise:

Pause and take a few minutes for yourself today.

  • Inhale for 4 seconds
  • Hold for 4 seconds
  • Exhale for 4 seconds
  • Hold for 4 seconds
  • Repeat this cycle for a few minutes to reset, relax, and re-energise.


?? How Can You Invest in YOU Today? ??

  • Start your day with YOU:
  • A morning meditation, a peaceful walk, or a few minutes of journaling can make all the difference.
  • Embrace fresh air: Step outside for a breath of fresh air, even if just for 5 minutes. Nature nurtures your soul.
  • Connect with yourself: Ask yourself, “How can I be kind to myself today? How can I celebrate my own strengths and achievements?”
