Celebrate Women's History Month by Letting Women Lead
From Kamala Harris to Julie Sweet, Mary Barra to Bozoma Saint John, it's not hard to imagine what that future could look like with women in power—just look at that impact being made every day by the few women who are in positions of leadership.
But, our history and society, shall we say...reluctant to progress:
Lindsay Kaplan, co-founder and Chief Brand Officer of Chief writes: "There are 5 million executive women in the United States right now—women who are ready to take the helm of companies, to serve on boards, to run for office. If we want to do it, we can change the world today. Promote them. Open the doors. Give them a seat at the table."
This #WomensHistoryMonth, we’ll be honoring and sharing the stories of some of the incredible women across Iterable who are #DefyingGravity - defending their worth, growing their ambition, and winning in the workplace. They're the leaders of Iterable's marketing team of today and the marketing executives of tomorrow.
And they each have a piece of advice for the women who will be leading the charge for change. The World Economic Forum?shares that it will take 135 years?to reach global gender parity.?Let's expedite that.

Carson Mulholland, Associate Demand Generation Marketing Manager
Quit worrying if you’re doing and saying everything exactly how you think it “should be” done or said. Your voice matters. You matter. There’s actually no secret recipe to it all. Go after it YOUR way and don’t give up, EVER!
