It's true! After all, I did recently celebrate a birthday... ?? 55 alive and thriving!!
That's a lot of years of celebrating, some healthier than others!
It sure feels good to have shifted from the feel-old GenXhausted state into the positively uplifting GenXcellent being I'm being today! ????

Another milestone I hit...
Yesterday was Episode 100 of Taming Your Tension Today!
Believe it or not, I was so wrapped up in the day to day busy-ness that I nearly missed this milestone!
100 days of going live every day is certainly something to celebrate!

It's also Stress Awareness Month and Earth Month among many other things.
Spending time outside and celebrating are both terrific for taming your tenson and relieving stress!
So go on, get outside, celebrate being alive!
