Celebrate Community Across 15 Countries

Connecting Over WhatsApp

In our last newsletter, we highlighted the 2023 Oxygen Milestone report which celebrates our accomplishments from the past year, including increasing oxygen access for 90,000 patients across the globe. This month, we are focusing on the biomedical professionals that continue to make that life saving work possible.

BHI’s WhatsApp Communities of Practice were developed after each Medical Oxygen training for continued maintenance and repair support from the BHI team. The communities foster continuous learning through resource sharing and troubleshooting for both technical and management issues, as well as oxygen plant maintenance. As a result, biomedical technicians and mentors have used this platform to develop a sense of community that extends beyond their technical work. Now, across fifteen countries.?
