CEGN's Liquid-Cooled Supercharging Stations Support the Construction of a Comprehensive Energy Demonstration Highway in Hubei Province.

Guided by the General Office of the People's Government of Hubei Province, Hubei Provincial Communications Investment Co., Ltd. (HPCI)?and?Shenzhen CEGN Co., Ltd.?(CEGN)?have jointly made significant strides in the green logistics demonstration project along the Han-Xi Expressway. As part of this initiative, CEGN successfully constructed six Liquid-cooled supercharging stations at the Xiaogan, Suizhou, and Zhonggang service areas along the expressway, contributing to HPCI's vision of establishing a comprehensive energy demonstration highway.

The project employs CEGN's latest second-generation Liquid-cooled supercharging technology. Each service area is outfitted with a 720kW liquid-cooled charging station and two liquid-cooled charging terminals, ensuring efficient energy replenishment for commercial vehicles. This advanced technology delivers rapid charging capabilities, allowing commercial vehicles to achieve a range of 120 kilometers with just 10 minutes of charging, while small electric vehicles can reach up to 600 kilometers. Additionally, the system offers outstanding stability and reliability, making it adaptable to a variety of complex climate conditions and extending its operational lifespan. During the demonstration, CEGN's technical team showcased the high-speed energy replenishment process of the 720kW liquid-cooled supercharging station, giving attendees a firsthand experience of the convenience and efficiency brought by this cutting-edge technology.

Beyond its impressive charging speed, the 720kW Liquid-cooled supercharging station also supports up to 12 simultaneous outputs. It allows for flexible power allocation based on demand, catering to diverse user needs. The station features a 40kW granularity flexible power dispatch capability, enabling any charging module to be assigned to any charging gun, thus maximizing the utilization of idle charging resources and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Since launching its first fully liquid-cooled public ultra-fast charging station in a highway service area in February 2023, CEGN has accelerated its supercharging station deployments. To date, CEGN has collaborated on the construction of nearly 100 supercharging stations nationwide. The successful deployment of its liquid-cooled supercharging equipment in Hubei represents a significant milestone in expanding its national supercharging network.

The commissioning of this project has greatly enhanced the convenience and efficiency of charging new energy vehicles along the Han-Xi Expressway. It addresses the challenges of inadequate, slow, and inefficient charging, improving travel efficiency for vehicle owners by meeting their need for quick journeys and reducing time spent in service areas.
