How do we support our employees in their daily continuous learning initiatives?
By granting our employees a LinkedIn Learning license and access to a Continuous Learning Page where different learning opportunities are collected. We’ve installed our Continuous Learning Charter and we facilitate Internal mobility (eg. via our internal Working Networks event). Our managers are challenged on Development Initiatives for their teams and Competence Centers for our Strategic Skills are in place.
