Dear CEESA Community,

The recent mindless act of violence, in which a 7-year-old student lost his life at an public elementary school in Zagreb, serves as a poignant reminder of the importance of safety, trust, and care within our school communities. Our thoughts are with everyone impacted, and we stand united in our shared commitment to creating environments where every student and educator feels secure, safe, supported, and valued.

At the same time, education remains a powerful force for building brighter futures. Together, we have the opportunity to lead with innovation and connection, imagining new ways to inspire and empower the young minds we serve. Within the CEESA network, innovation is more than a goal—it’s a shared responsibility. By embracing collaboration, pushing boundaries, and supporting one another, we can navigate these complex times with creativity and purpose.
