Let us dive into the details:

Converge: Begin by leading from your core or center. Understand your own values, strengths, and purpose. This self-awareness allows you to converge your leadership approach around your authentic self.

Emerge: Once you’ve centered yourself, you can effectively engage with others. Emerge by connecting with your team, understanding their perspectives, and building relationships. Collaboration and empathy play a crucial role here.

Diverge: As a leader, you’ll encounter diverse situations and challenges. Diverge by adapting your leadership style to fit the context. Flexibility and agility are essential. Sometimes you lead, other times you follow, but always with intention.

Expand: Leadership isn’t limited to your immediate team. Expand your influence by considering the broader impact of your decisions. Think about the organization, community, and even global implications. How can your leadership contribute positively?

Donate: Finally, give back. Share your knowledge, mentor others, and contribute to the growth of those around you. Generosity and a willingness to invest in others define this stage.
