We provide accurate product legislation, on the EU Directives and UK stator Insturments, and guidance information about CE or UKCA marking, and how Economic Operator fulfils their legal obligations, in simple terms by:
- Identifying the appropriate directives and applicable standards to your product
We can tell you which Directives and standards you need to meet, and why, and how.
- Assist in the completion of a risk assessment, as per BS EN 12100:2010 There any many Directives that require you to perform a product risk assessment. We can show you how or conduct the assessment for you
· Assist in the compilation of the technical construction file that includes the evidence linked to the EHSRs of the applied directives
Review all technical documentation ensuring compliance to the directives, if required produce any outstanding documents to establish compliance
- Produce a Declaration of Conformity or Declaration of Incorporation. As the Declaration of Conformity is a legal document we ensure the DoC contains accurate information to satisfy the requirements
- If required, act as the Authorised Representative established within Europe. A no-nonsense approach our Representative Service is based on a clear contract and flat fee rate, so no hidden extra cost.
- Holding the Technical Construction File for both EU and non-EU companies. We will hold technical files on their behalf for a minimum of 10 years at a flat fee rate. We will only make this information available to safety authorities with your approval
- Offer follow up advice when you need it.
